The Real Organic Project LLC is an important voice against the dilution of organic standards as big agriculture and industry lobby for more permissive organic regulations.

Our Certified Real Organic Products are not only grown in compliance with USDA Organic standards, the Real Organic Project certifies that they are grown using sustainable and ecological practices that nurture and support the soil and the environment.

Too many organic farmers are covering their fields with plastic mulch instead of herbicide, leading to microplastic pollution in our soils. The Real Organic Project certified farms that use ecological and sustainable soil-supporting practices.

They are also the only organic certification that inspects labor practices on farms to ensure that farms certified by the Real Organic Project respect their workers, which USDA Organic regulations sadly overlook.
